5 out of 5 starsThe package was sent after one week of confirming the purchase and it was not possible to get a trackingnumber or to find out the wereabouts of the package. The seller replied to every message of mine and even was kind enough to send me a new one if the package would've gotten lost. Now to the Product: The Item is bigger than I expected when I ordered it. It looks great and has a all around great quality. I am more than satisfied. Thank you!

1 out of 5 starsIt has been two months and I still do not have my order or my money back for the order. More than likely the package was misdelivered by the USPS, and I know that's not the sellers fault, but the seller has been almost no help, not very friendly and seems like she really couldn't care less about the whole situation. Communication is slow and now I have completely lost it because the seller never responded to my last message. I had messaged the seller months prior to ordering stating I really needed it for an event. Of course I did not get it for said event. The seller offered no solution or sympathy or sense of urgency. I felt as if I had to keep pestering her for info about the claim. I went weeks without hearing from her when she knew I needed the item by a certain date. All and all it left a really bad taste in my mouth.

According to the tracking number, this package was delivered. I submitted an insurance claim to USPS, but they obviously didn't issue a refund because they have a record of the package being delivered. I sent the buyer a photo of the insurance claim, and she insisted I file another claim (for what reason, I have no idea). I will not issue a refund, or send a duplicate, when proof exists that this item was received. There's really nothing else I could do in this situation.

3 out of 5 starsCompletely disregarded the buyer note. My wife loves the skirt so we will be taking it to our local tailor/alteration shop to get it fitted to the size I had asked for. Didn't even message me saying that custom orders aren't accepted.
